Licensed Insurance Producer (2-20 / 2-15)

This is a 1099 independent contractor role for producers who want to build their own book of business with a real agency behind them. We provide the carrier appointments, the technology, and the full back-office support. You bring the production.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license (Personal & Commercial P&C) (required)

• 2-15 Life & Health license a plus, but not required

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (2+ years preferred)

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Established South Florida network preferred

• A self-directed hunter who thrives on building, not waiting for leads

Compensation
